Happy Reading!
I found this book this weekend on my way to the bus stop after a trip to Powel's books. I was walking down 6th st., and a homeless woman was walking the other way, across from a mother and daughter. The homeless woman was yelling unintelligible things, frightening the two ladies. She then yelled as I got closer, throwing the book across the sidewalk, where it hit the ground, slid, and hit the daughter in the foot as she kept walking. I walked past the mother, daughter, and apparently furious homeless woman. I looked down at the book, "The Fault in Our Stars", something I'd wanted to read. I picked it up and looked back at the homeless woman as she yelled "I hate that book!". It seemed she hated many things, but with unclear reasoning. So, I scurried around the corner to the bus stop, in hopes that the woman wouldn't chase after me. Needless to say, I've never read a book so quickly. Thank you for allowing it to be shared with the world, and I look forward to passing it on.
